It's spring! Flowers are blooming, trees are getting leaves, the grass is turning green, and mosquitoes are feasting. This spring I took lots of nature photos, and here are a few photos of plants!

Birds

Birds exist all over the world, and there are hundreds of different kinds. I only have a few different kinds that come feed at my feeders, but even they are really cool! Here are a few pictures: Spotted Towhee Usually, you can find them making noise under bushes searching for food. They look similar to robins, but they have white spots and a white chest. American Robin Early in the morning and throughout the day you can find robins searching for worms in your yard. They are beautiful birds! Males have brighter colors than females. Black-capped Chickadee These small, seemingly unafraid birds are usually some of the first birds to find a new feeder. These are some of my favorite birds. Autumn 🍂

Hey everyone! Autumn is finally coming to an end, and winter is just around the corner! As the colder weather moves in, many of us aren't outside taking as many pictures. This is the case for me. I've been spending a lot more time inside with a book and a cup of tea, and my camera has been sitting idly on my desk for a while. Since I haven't been taking as many pictures just for the sake of taking pictures, I've been trying to get as many as possible when I'm outside for a different reason, such as when I'm out to feed horses. I've gotten some pretty sunset and leaf photos from just that! I encourage you to try to go out and take some pictures, but if you don't feel up to it, maybe just take a camera along when you go to do a chore outside or run some errands. You never know, you might be able to get a few good pictures! - Kate

Keystone Walk

My family took a vacation in Keystone, CO this past week! One of the fun things we decided to do was to go for a walk as a family to enjoy the nature. There were tons of beautiful flowers and plants, and I got some nice photos that I'd like to share with you! Till next time! Kate
